Addiction Treatment ProgramsNashville, TN
Morning Star Primary Residential-Based Program
Morning Star is a residential intensive recovery/healing program that utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches that concentrates on the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of an individual in recovery. We utilize traditional evidence-based treatment practices and alternative therapies in a community-focused environment that promotes connection and restoration of the whole being — mind, body, and soul.
Residents of Morning Star Lodge in Nashville participate in daily group and individual therapy sessions, experience alternative therapeutic approaches, and practice real-life recovery skills in a real-world setting. Our licensed clinical and medical staff are experienced in providing treatment to a diverse client population, and they approach each individual’s path to recovery by acknowledging every individual’s strengths and innate capacity to heal and grow beyond their diagnosis over a lifetime.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a less clinically intensive level of care compared to a primary residential program. IOP is here for you if you need continued support after leaving a higher level of care or are just starting your recovery experience. If you struggle with mental health issues, substance abuse or dual diagnosis, but don’t require medical supervision or an inpatient drug rehab program, intensive outpatient care may be the right program for you.
The minimum length of stay at this level of care is six weeks, although the majority of clients are in treatment at this level of care for at least 90 days.
Not Sure Which Program is Right for You?
Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, we know how lonely and overwhelming this process can feel. A phone call, email or in-person consultation gives you the opportunity to get your questions answered privately and confidentially, learn more about your treatment options, and understand the culture of our program. Our staff is here to listen, help, and meet you wherever you are in recovery.
