Music Row IOP.

The Music Row Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Integrative Life Center is like having one foot in treatment and one foot in the real world. This program can serve as a next step in the continuum of care when completing a partial hospitalization program, or a step up from an outpatient level of care. Music Row IOP allows clients the freedom to engage with the world around them in a safe and supportive therapeutic setting.

In Music Row IOP, clients participate in a four-day, 12-hour weekly therapy program with one individual session per week. We encourage them to practice new coping and life skills by participating in recovery meetings and working or volunteering in the community. Clients are expected to attend five outside meetings—12-step meetings (including ACA, SLAA, EDA, etc.), SMART, Refuge Recovery, NAMI, spiritual or other—per week.

HOUSING

While most IOP clients choose to live independently and commute in for programming, we provide two separate, 8-resident historical homes for men and women within walking distance of our clinical office. Music Row housing is reserved for those participating in programming at ILC and is an option both PHP and IOP clients.

MEDICAL

From day one, our medical team assesses, treats and evaluates each client from a biological perspective to ensure optimal health and benefit from program participation. Clients have access to ILC’s medical services and staff Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. They are also introduced to a primary care physician who specializes in trauma-informed addiction and mental health services at our onsite medical clinic, who can continue providing in-network primary medical care after discharge from ILC.

CLINICAL

IOP clients receive 12 hours of group therapy per week lead by skilled master’s level therapists. Also, we provide one weekly individual session with their primary therapist. Therapeutic modalities may include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
