FOR MANY, MUSIC ROW RECOVERY IS THE NEXT STEP FOLLOWING TIME SPENT IN OUR MORNING STAR PROGRAM.

It can also be a starting point or after-care option for those who are just embarking on their healing journey.

Music Row Recovery thrives on the city’s energy. Clients participate in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level care and receive a customized treatment plan aligned with their progress and goals. Some hold down jobs, while others search for work or gain needed skills. Participants are expected to attend five outside meetings — 12-step, spiritual or other — per week.

Medical

From day one, our medical team assesses, treats and evaluates each client from a biological perspective to ensure optimal health and benefit from program participation.

Clinical

Skilled master’s level therapists lead 12 hours per week of group therapy, as well as weekly one-on-one sessions.

TRADITIONAL EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICES APPROACHES:

Plus, holistic healing, spiritual practices, and complementary therapies are available. Some of these holistic therapies include massage, breathwork, acupuncture, equine, low ropes course, sweat lodge and meditation.

Housing

IN THE HEART OF NASHVILLE

Located in the heart of Nashville are two separate, beautiful 8-resident historical homes for men and women. Trained and vetted resident assistants are available on site to support all clients in their recovery.

Clients receive life skills education in areas like nutrition and personal finances. Clients take responsibility for their own meal preparation and transportation. Also, they receive a complimentary YMCA membership. This gives clients the opportunity to enhance their physical and recreational activity experience. At the same time, it’s an excellent way to develop new positive habits in a safe environment.
