When Ryan Chapman became majority owner and CEO of Integrative Life Center in 2018, it felt more like a calling than a business opportunity. At 18, Ryan was hired as a cashier, earning $6.75 per hour at Premier Parking in Nashville.

Holly is a licensed professional counselor/mental health service provider who brings 25 years experience in the addictions and mental health fields to the Integrative Life Center.

Anita Johnston, Ph.D., CEDS

Executive Director of Eating Disorders Programming

Dr. Anita Johnston brings a wealth of experience to ILC clients. As a nationally recognized expert with more than 35 years in the field, she leads a comprehensive and innovative approach to treating those suffering from disordered eating and co-occurring conditions.



When Lee McCormick co-founded Integrative Life Center in 2010, he had already earned a national reputation as a leader in spiritually based recovery.

Tara Young was an experienced marketing professional in the IT field when she shifted her focus to health and wellness. That’s when she knew she had found her professional niche.

Director of Nursing

As a nurse who has been working in the field of behavioral health for over 20 years, Kristie Wolbers brings a wealth of wisdom, experience, passion and compassion to her work at ILC.

Mackenzie Reeser, MPH, RDN, LDN

Director of Nutrition Services

Registered dietician Mackenzie Reeser discovered her passion in the relationship between nutrition and behavioral health. A native of Indianapolis, Mackenzie is a graduate of Nashville’s Lipscomb University.

Dr. Daniel Barton is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist operating in the Nashville community.

Ian Chapman grew up in a small town near Nashville in a family of therapists where he learned from a young age the language and culture of recovery.



Terence believes psychotherapy can be healing and he considers it a tremendous honor to be invited on the journey with his clients.

Amy Ridings, MA, NCC


Soon after earning her master’s degree in counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, Amy Ridings met ILC co-founder Holly Cook. The more she learned, the more she knew she wanted to practice at ILC.

Brooke Morgan, M.Ed., NCC


Brooke Morgan grew up on a farm in Kentucky, surrounded by a strong family and community before completing a master’s of education degree at Vanderbilt’s Peabody College of Education.  As a therapist, she recognizes the value of a trusting, supportive environment and seeks to provide this for others.

Kasey Bradshaw, MA

Admissions Specialist

Kasey Bradshaw has always been drawn to helping others. Although he didn’t know exactly where it might lead, he sensed as early as fifth grade that mental health would be his vocation. After earning a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Belmont University, Kasey pursued an internship and practicum at Integrative Life Center.

Grace Gibbs

Residential Manager – Morning Star

Grace Gibbs lives and breathes recovery. As the manager of the men’s and women’s houses at Morning Star, ILC’s primary residential-based PHP program, Grace experiences the day-to-day joys and challenges of this unique community.

Nan is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist, co-author of Full and Fulfilled: the Science of Eating to Your Soul’s Satisfaction, and owner since 1987 of Allison Nutrition Consulting.

For Judy Gibson, acupuncture is more than a vocation, it’s a calling. Judy holds a master’s degree from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, and has focused her successful acupuncture practice on emotional and behavioral health, specifically addiction and trauma recovery.
