Commuter Programming.

Our Commuter Programming are a clinically intensive and medically supervised, non-residential recovery option for participants who prefer the freedom and flexibility of living at home. For many, Commuter Programming is the next step following time spent at Morningstar or Music Row Recovery but can also be a starting point or after-care option for area residents who are just embarking on their healing journey.

The program is headquartered at the Integrative Life Center location on Music Row in Nashville. Clients provide their own meals and transportation.

Participants can choose to engage in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level care which includes 25 hours per week of group therapy, or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level care which includes 12 hours per week of group therapy.

Both levels of care involve weekly one-on-one sessions with master’s level therapists. Participants are expected to attend five outside meetings—12-step, spiritual or other—per week.

From day one, our medical team assesses, treats and evaluates each Outpatient client from a biological perspective to ensure optimal health and benefit from program participation.
