Holly Cook, LPC-MHSP is a licensed professional counselor, mental health service provider with more than 30 years of experience as a therapist, program administrator and international trainer. Becoming a therapist was a natural path for Holly to follow. An avid people watcher, she has studied cultures, rituals and the use of ceremony throughout her life and believes that creating felt sense experiences is the way to healing and reconnecting with one’s heart. Holly has been described as a ‘life artist’ who works with people, helping them find and create the life they want to live.
She has had the opportunity to receive training over the years with several of the “masters” in the therapy field such as Jay Haley, Chloe Madanes, Luigi Boscolo and William Glasser. In addition to her clinical training and experience, Holly has managed several programs and received numerous awards for her leadership in the United States and Germany. As an international trainer and consultant, Holly has provided training on various topics such as trauma and addiction, Motivational Interviewing, adolescent development and treating adolescent substance abuse, developing trauma-informed services and creating effective treatment systems for women on welfare.
In addition to being co-founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Integrative Life Center, integrating spirit and science-based approaches to healing and creating community, Holly has a private practice in Nashville, Tennessee.
