Our Retreat

Our retreat, held at the stunning Five Star Retreat lodge in the gorgeous Tennessee countryside, begins Tuesday evening, May 8 with a relaxed meet-and-greet followed by dinner and evening program. Each day you’ll enjoy fresh, farm-to-table organic breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The food is scrumptiously veggie-centric with local eggs, dairy and meat options.

Our retreat is co-sponsored by the  Integrative Life Center, and we are delighted to be joined by Lee and Mee McCormick.  Lee is an author, musician, rancher and founder of ILC, Spirit Recovery and Ranch Recovery Center, and will be offering some amazing optional experiences at his beautiful Pinewood Farm. Mee is an author, Real Food activist and farm-to-table restaurateur whose incredible Pinewood Kitchen and Mercantile will be catering our meals.
