Lee McCormick
CEO
Lee McCormick is the co-founder of Integrative Life Center in Nashville and founder of The Ranch Recovery Center in Nunnelly, Tennessee. Lee also founded Spirit Recovery, Inc., which produces Recovery Conferences, Sacred Journeys, workshops and other recovery and personal growth experiences. He is the author of Spirit Recovery Meditation Journal and was a contributor to Chicken Soup for the Recovering Soul.
As executive producer of Dreaming Heaven, a documentary on spiritual awakening and experience, Lee became a partner in Enlightened Innertainment Production Company, a film and music creative endeavor. He is a partner and co-creator of the Dreaming House in Teotihuacán, Mexico, a group retreat center at the foot of the pyramids.
A talented songwriter and singer, Lee has owned and operated the Piney River Cattle Company for the past 20 years. His pursuits also include being a certified chemical dependency counselor, spiritual teacher, and Toltec Guide trained in the tradition of the Eagle Knight lineage of don Miguel Ruiz. Lee resides between his ranches in Tennessee and Malibu, California as well as the Dreaming House in Teotihuacán, Mexico.

Holly Cook
Executive Director
Holly is a licensed professional counselor/mental health service provider who brings 25 years experience in the addictions and mental health fields to the Integrative Life Center.
She has had the opportunity to receive training over the years with several of the "masters" in the therapy field such as Jay Haley, Chloe Madanes, Luigi Boscolo and William Glasser.
In addition to her clinical training and experience, Holly has managed several programs and received numerous awards for her leadership in the United States and Germany.
As an international trainer and consultant, Holly has provided training on various topics such as trauma and addiction, Motivational Interviewing, adolescent development and treating adolescent substance abuse, developing trauma-informed services and creating effective treatment systems for women on welfare.

Jeremy Pajer
Chief Operations Officer
Since the age of 18 Jeremy has owned, operated, and managed many successful businesses. For the past seven years Jeremy has devoted his life to working and teaching in the treatment field which included serving as the Men's Program Coordinator at The Ranch Treatment Center in TN. He is a certified chemical dependency counselor, challenge/ropes course facilitator, and a fire walking instructor.
In addition to his work in the treatment industry, Jeremy has spent the last two years founding and developing Laughing Winds, a spiritual retreat center located 45 minutes west of Nashville. As a member of the Laughing Winds community, Jeremy shares his wisdom, creativity, and playfulness as a teacher and spiritual/recovery coach.
Jeremy brings his love and knowledge of Native American ceremony, Toltec wisdom, 12 step traditions, and shamanic practices to the community by pouring sweat lodges, teaching workshops, and running spiritual creativity groups. He has dedicated his life to spiritual growth and the healing arts. Jeremy is truly a master of transformation and leader in the workplace.

Dave Werbeck
Intake Coordinator
Dave Werbeck joins Integrative Life Center with 5+ years of experience as an Admissions Counselor and Patient Registrar in the treatment field. He has a strong customer service oriented background and had also worked as a professional sound engineer in Nashville before committing himself to assisting others in finding the help they need.
His personal journey in recovery began in August of 2001 and he continually works with others in need on a daily basis. With a strong 12 step background, he has found ILC's experiential approach to the healing of the mind, body and spirit unique and powerful.
Dave is committed to making the intake process as simple as possible and is very familiar with the process one must go through in seeking help for themselves or a loved one. For Dave, client care always comes first.

Will Otto
Referral Relations
Will comes to Integrative Life Center with over seven years of experience working in inpatient treatment and educational settings. Will served as a Marketing Representative and Aftercare Coordinator for Cottonwood Tucson. He also worked with Cottonwood in a previous capacity as a Mental Health Tech, Lead Tech and Milieu Manager and has led groups on co-dependency.
As a part of the ILC team, Will is excited about building relationships with treatment facilities, EAPs, hospitals and private practice professionals to help their clients find the services they need and that ILC provides.
Will obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Education and English Literature from Southwestern College in Phoenix, AZ. Prior to working in recovery he taught AP English Lit, AP English Language, Speech and Debate, Logic and Rhetoric at a classical, college preparatory school in Tucson, AZ. He is excited to call Nashville his home now and when he is not working with referents or potential clients for ILC he helps plan and produce the Wild Goose Festival which seeks to create a space at the intersection of spirituality, music, creativity and social justice.

Stephanie Fultz
Marketing
Stephanie joins the Integrative Life Center team as the marketing assistant. Stephanie brings a wide variety of knowledge and personal experience in the recovery field. Her experience comes from some well known facilities in and around the Nashville area including Onsite, Cumberland Heights and most recently The Ranch in Nunnelly TN.
Stephanie was drawn to this line of work at a young age while watching her moms work as a therapist. Stephanie has a passion for helping people and feels ILC's integrative style offers so many choices to people who are on the journey of recovery.
Stephanie is currently working towards her Psychology degree and looks forward to being a part of what ILC brings to the Nashville community and its clients. Stephanie is a native Montanan and enjoys getting back to the big sky country as often as she can. She currently lives in the Brentwood area with her daughter Jayden.
