He is a partner and co-creator of the Dreaming House in Teotihuacán, Mexico, a group retreat center at the foot of the pyramids. A talented songwriter and singer, Lee has owned and operated the Piney River Cattle Company for the past 20 years. Lee resides between his ranches in Tennessee and Malibu, California as well as the Dreaming House in Teotihuacán, Mexico.

In addition to her clinical training and experience, Holly has managed several programs and received numerous awards for her leadership in the United States and Germany. As an international trainer and consultant, Holly has provided training on various topics such as trauma and addiction, Motivational Interviewing, adolescent development and treating adolescent substance abuse, developing trauma-informed services and creating effective treatment systems for women on welfare.

    Marshall joined ILC after serving as Executive Director of The Ranch, where he previously served on the founding Board of Directors. Having worked in the treatment field for over 20 years, he began his career at Onsite Workshops as a Program Coordinator, and during 12 years with Onsite he served as an Admissions Director, Marketing Director, Co-Director and Co-Owner. After leaving Onsite, Marshall served as the Referral Relations Liaison for Cumberland Heights Treatment Center, and then joined the Life Healing Center/CRC in 2007 as a Southeast U.S. regional outreach coordinator. During six years with Life Healing Center, he served in additional roles of Marketing Director, Admissions Director and Executive Director. Throughout his tenure with CRC Health Group, Marshall served in Senior Leadership roles for Life Healing Center, Wellness Resource Center, New Life Lodge and Sierra Tucson. Marshall has also been involved in addiction and behavioral healthcare management consulting and training, executive recruiting, and development of residential facilities and intensive outpatient programs.

    Prior to joining Integrative Life Center, she served as Chief Financial Officer of a large continuing care retirement center where her responsibilities included financial management, human resources, facilities, management information systems and marketing. Professional services provided prior to joining private industry include management of financial statement and compliance audits, due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions and assistance in the preparation of initial public offerings, bond offerings and other SEC filings. Nellie is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she received Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees. She currently serves on the board of directors of LeadingAge Tennessee and Asbury Place, Inc. and has previously served on the boards of Faith Family Medical Clinic, Alive Hospice and Leadership Middle Tennessee.

    Beth brings twenty-three years of addiction/mental health experience including fifteen years of administrative experience with her to ILC where she is the Residential Services Manager supporting the Independent Living Homes. Beth has a BS in Psychology and MS in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.

    Prior to ILC, Beth worked at Resources for Human Development as the Assistant Director/Incident Management Coordinator working with the Developmentally Disabled. Beth has also served as the Executive Director at Western KY Medical in Hopkinsville, KY, where she supervised Clinic staff and oversaw the day to day activities of the methadone assisted treatment facility. Prior to this, Beth was the Clinic Manager for Outpatient Psychiatry, for Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and she managed front office staff that supported providers including Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, and Therapists. As Clinic Manager, she was responsible for the daily operations for three Outpatient Psychiatry Clinics including, but not limited to providing appropriate staffing needs based on visit census and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety.

    Before moving to Tennessee, Beth was in the role of Division Director for Volunteers of America and she supervised Therapists in Residential Substance Abuse Facilities and other Program Managers within various divisions of the organization. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she conducted group and individual therapy. She enjoyed facilitating weekly Family Day which had a psycho educational component as well as a therapeutic opportunity for family members.

    Beth has a passion for working with underserved populations and she is excited to now work at ILC as Residential Services Manager.

    As an admissions counselor, Lauren is committed to connecting clients and families with the best recovery options available. In 2012 Lauren earned her EAGALA II (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) License and founded an equine therapy program on her ranch in Ashland City. Hooves, Hearts, & Hope works in conjunction with a client’s therapist to offer experiential treatment to adults and adolescents struggling with addiction, depression, and/or anxiety. Lauren brings a strong sense of empathy and compassion to her role in supporting clients on their recovery journey and this passion is reflected in her own commitment to overall well-being in her personal life.

    She combines her training in Asian studies and philosophy, cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential intervention and mindfulness practice to empower people to create the life they want. In her role as director of clinical services Rachael works to provide a rich and diverse clinical program for ILC clients. Rachael has been with ILC since February 2014, and has served as the residential program director for the last 2 years. Prior to working at ILC, Rachael was the clinical director of an outpatient substance abuse treatment center where she helped develop programming to address trauma and dual diagnosis issues in addition to her role as a clinical supervisor. She has facilitated empowerment groups with women involved in a local drug court program and women who were survivors of domestic violence and served as a project coordinator at Vanderbilt University where she managed several large social science research projects.

Leslie has been a hands-on manager, not only working with staff, but building supportive relationships with residents. She uses her personal experience in recovery, along with her education to help develop a strong, supportive team and to promote healing among the women in recovery. She has been active in the recovery community for over sixteen years and currently lives with her husband and three dogs in Bellevue,Tennessee.

    Prior to coming to ILC, Stephen held the position of Spiritual Director and Primary Therapist at Magnolia Creek Residential Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Chelsea AL. The previous 6 years Stephen gained direct experience while working with dual diagnosis and chemically dependent clients as counselor and Primary Therapist at Bradford Health Services in Warrior, Alabama. At Bradford Health Services Extended Care Facility he developed and implemented men’s programming for trauma, grief and relapse. As the Grief Group Therapist for the facility, Stephen developed a treatment modality for resolution of grief, trauma, and family of origin issues using a blend of psychodrama and experiential techniques. Stephen has dedicated his life to the healing arts and uses his professional, spiritual, and personal experience along with a variety of therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, Gestalt, Sociometry, creative visualization and mediation to help clients find peace and create new opportunities for growth and happiness.     She serves as Consulting Dietitian for the Integrative Life Center, Nashville. Her ongoing interest is in why individuals and cultures choose to eat the way they do and how to facilitate change at the individual, corporate and community levels. She helps clients who want help with a variety of nutrition related issues: chronic dieting, eating disorders, addictions, sports performance, diabetes, pediatrics, and corporate wellness –always from the perspective that eating well and healing (both individual and corporate) is a process rooted in guided self- exploration and discovery. Nan served as the government relations director for the Tennessee Dietetic Association and remains involved in nutrition and public policy concerns, particularly around food and mental health issues. She is a founding member of the Nutrition Professionals Alliance which provides educational services to the community and to health professionals. She has a B.S. in nutrition from the University of Tennessee, a M.S. in nutrition from Tufts University and she completed her dietetic internship at Tufts New England Medical Center. She is Level 1 and Level 2 certified in Adult Weight Management by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She also has 7 years of training in Kabbalistic Healing and in Energy Healing from the School of Integrative Medicine at the Estuary, Nashville.     Prior to joining the team here, Liz worked as a staff nurse in the Labor and Delivery Unit at Greenwich Hospital, a charge nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at New York Hospital, and served as Clinical Intake Coordinator at Hospice of the North Shore in Danvers, Massachusetts. She joined the team at ILC in January 2015 and coordinates nursing assessments and medical management for clients. Liz has a passion for working with clients to encourage whole-person healing, grounded in care that promotes physical, emotional, and psychological wellness.
